lauren finally got to paint with banana (nana). it was all nana's idea. surprisingly lauren didn't make a mess...except for the paint splatters on the tshirt. she had so much fun and really concentrated on her art work. i think that we will have to get it framed and put it in her playroom for some extra color.
along the week that we had brooklyn, a sadly deflated mattress proved to be a great toy to wear both of the girls out. they must have played (aka catapulted) each other around on this for at least a good half hour before they went down for the night! these girls really know how to make themselves laugh...hope you do too!
during the time that my sister allison and her husband carson were moving we had the pleasure of babysitting their little on brooklyn. lauren loved having someone else around the house. the two of them had a great time playing kitchen. brooklyns favorite activities was swinging on the oven door and well lauren she apparenly loved checking out the inside of the fridge~
we spent a few days with allison before the big move for them to depere. it just so happens that allison was babysitting a little boy by the name of billy (or as he likes to call himself jake). the two of them were such great playmates. he was patient with lauren and even taught her a few things...like playing candyland! now since the move...lauren thinks that billy should be at auntie allison's everytime we go there! maybe for brooklyn's birthday party they will get to play!
