No ball game would be complete without the HOkEY PokeY. Thanks Uncle Carson for teaching the dance to Lauren!!!

Go Brewers

Although Lauren has had a Brewers outfit for the past 2years she finally was able to wear it. For Randy's Birthday he wanted to go to a game. So we made a week of it and headed down to Milwaukee on that Tuesday and stayed through Thursday when the game was. The Brewers actually won. I think it was because I was there. I have only been to three games and they have won every one! I am their good luck charm...or something!

Go BREWers
Lauren's first hot dog E.V.E.R. Was waiting this whole time for a BALLPARK frank.

Happy Birthday daddy!

A start to something

Now that we are obviously very pregnant. Lauren will need to make a transistion from her crib to a big girl bed. That posed a problem...no bedding. I have it in my mind that I must make each of my children a quilt (or two). So on a day when Randy had off of work, we cut out and assembled the top. That was the easy part. More to come later.
Beautiful fabrics getting ready to be sewn into something great!
Lauren sometimes has this devilish smile...she really is smiling here:)

The top somewhat unfinished.

A tea party for two

Olivia and Lauren had quite a great time with each other. They played like two little best friends.
They read books, drew pictures, and had tea parties.
They also both insisted that the pool be brought out on one of the coolest days of the summer. The water was cold, but they had fun!

Building Lulu

We finally got the chance to go to Build-a-Bear and use a Gift Card that Lauren got for her 1st Birthday. Olivia got to come along and join in the fun. What a great time the girls had together. They played well and hopefully we will get to have Olivia over again for a sleepover.
After picking out a lamb...lauren was able to stuff it herself! She had the most fun doing that!
Picking out a heart. Actually Lauren picked out two hearts so Lulu is EXTRA special.
Giving Lulu a bath for the first time.

Two happy little girls.

photoshoot #2 for the day

After we left Nana and Papas we headed next door for my parents house. Lauren needed a new dress since she used her watering can to fill the bird bath way too much and was soaked. So we were able to get some more shots of her. She was being particularly photogenic today...something that doesn't happen too often!

I think that she will always take the time to smell the flowers.

papa joe even got in on the action!

One beautiful day!

On a visit up to my parent's house we took some time to see my grandparents addition to their pond. They were not kidding when they said that they were doubling the size of it. It is truly a beautiful pond that my Uncle Paul and them put together. I also got a chance to shoot some really great pictures since the day was PER.FECT!

Lauren couldn't get enough of the watering can...I had to go and get one ASAP for her at home.
