Our little green thumb!

Lauren love to spend time in our flower gardens...even to pick weeds. If it was up to her she would be out there all of the time! The only thing is that she doesn't know what the difference between weeds and flowers are. Something to work at.

Weddings!

Lets first start off...I. LOVE. WEDDINGS! We have been to a couple of them this year.

Lauren has learned quickly how special it is to see two people in love. She also has realized that weddings are fun too! She loves the reception part. Dance Dance Dance.

This particular wedding was between my grade school best friend Ashley and her now husband Christopher. What a beautiful day it was. The ceremony was very nice and the reception was even more BEAUTIFUL.

Here are the fruits of our labor. Our garden proved to produce alot of yummy tomatoes, and peppers. We have decided thought that next year we may need to double the size of the garden just to accommodate our tomatoes! They were monstrous plants! I guess they really liked the clay that we have for soil!

A baker in the making.

Lauren has shown an interest in doing whatever it is that I am up too! So naturally baking is something that I do! At this time we were making some snickerdoodles. Lauren had flour and sugar everywhere...but that is part of the fun! We have attempted brownies for daddy's work and yummy muffins. Next I think an apple pie should be made!
